I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science at North Carolina State University. I graduated from Auburn University in 2016 with a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and from The University of Alabama in Huntsville with an M.S. in Computer Science.
During graduate school, I developed an interest in machine learning and computer vision. My graduate research focused on spatio-temporal dimensionality reduction techniques for convolutional neural networks. As a member of the Center for Educational Informatics, I am conducting research on multimodal data processing and modeling, as well as different machine learning algorithms. Outside of research, I enjoy watching Auburn University and NC State athletics, playing sports, and exploring new places in Raleigh.
